Dave did a great job. I used to get “bids” option on Yelp and immediately had several responses from qualified service companies. I went with Gutter Guru because they were local, prompt and were definitely less expensive than other bids I received (by more than $150…). My gutters had never been cleaned in 16 years – but with no overhanging trees it hadn’t been a problem. Finally saw weeds growing out of one, so I figured nature was telling me something.
It takes some skill to climb around on a tile roof while dragging a hose and cleaning apparatus. I have a two story home and wouldn’t want to do it. Dave had all my gutters cleaned and done within 3 hours or so, and did a nice job cleaning up the outside (you wouldn’t believe how much stuff came out – I was amazed).
Probably something I wll start doing every few years. If you have a house with trees overhead you probably want to do it every 2 years or so. Gutter Gurus make it easy and affordable – and oh, he patched some seams for me to fix the leaks – no extra charge!

Our gutters had a lot of junk in them. Nails and debris from twenty years ago.
I guess the builder didn’t clean them!?

Our rain gutter near our entry was leaking badly during a heavy downpour today. I contracted Gutter Guru and the owner, David, was able to come this afternoon. He gave me a very fair quote for gutter cleaning of my 2-story house and caulking one gutter. He also cleaned out the downspout area on my patio that was cloggedwith dirt and moss. The before and after photos made me glad I called him before the next rains start tonight. He told me he also does window washing and power washing under the name, Clarity Window Washing, and I plan on calling him this summer for these jobs. Very glad I found him.
